After Sales Service

After the sale has been made, we send members of our top-of-the-line technical service team to your production lines, providing you with a systematic, problem analysed and solving inspection. If any problems arise during inspection, we immediately deal with the issue and plan out a solution that ensures the safety and satisfaction from both parties.

QUALITY

We go above and beyond to test and quality-check everything that comes out of our production lines at Viron: from the raw materials to the production process and results, standardised tests (as well as simulated applications on wood samples) are carried out on our products in order to maintain the highest possible quality in all of our coating solutions.

Finally, we analyse the quality of the wood finishing. We operate a laboratory that tests for several key factors in coating quality, including (but not limited to) gloss, adhesion, abrasion, scratch- and chemical resistance, slip/heat resistance, and so on
